Alumni management system is an application to manage the details of the college and students. This application can be accessed throughout the organization. An earlier system used to manage the information manually about the present and past students which don't allow efficient data management but this system allows ex-students o the college to get their details stored. The details were stored in the excel sheets and there was no privacy of data so this earlier system was not reliable.
There is an administrator which manages all the details of the students. This system automatically marks all college students as alumni after their graduation has been completed.
Ther is an event management module that keeps information about various events conducted in the college. Details of notifications are made. The alumni can register themselves and after successful registration, they can log in and view their all college details.
