SPINS Seminar Presentation
SPINS stands for Security Protocols for Sensor Network. Network security is very much in this world and it is one of the must needed things in Sensor Network. These Sensor Networks are used in many places and for many purposes including Real-time traffic Monitoring, Military applications, and Emergency and critical systems and much more. These sensor Networks are used in more sensitive and relatively important places so it needs to be secured by some sort of things. There are numerous proposals available for Sensor Security including Data Authentication, Data Confidentiality, Data Integrity, Data Freshness includes weak and strong freshness. The strong security protocol is created by these methods with the help of TESLA applications and Bandwidth, Low-security overhead including commutation, memory and also communication, the base protocol for future system security. The system has three integral assumptions which play the important role and they are communication patterns, base station, and Node includes limited resources and limited trust.
